Golf Weekend Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Entry is open only to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the participating brands are not eligible.
Entry Period: The giveaway opens on 30/01/2026 and closes at 12am on 13/02/2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
How to Enter: To enter, complete the online entry form with all required information. Limit of one form entry per person. Additional entries can be accumulated through following all participating partners’ social media pages.
Prize: Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. Prize components are subject to availability.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and notified by email within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Delivery: The prize will be arranged directly with the winner. Any travel or additional expenses not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Privacy: Entry information will be collected for the purpose of administering this giveaway and may be used to contact the winner. Information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the prize.
Liability: The organizers accept no responsibility for entries not received, lost, late, or incomplete, or for any damage, loss, or injury related to participation in this giveaway or the use of the prize.
Disqualification: Any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise does not comply with these T&Cs may be disqualified at the organisers’ discretion.
Miscellaneous: The organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
