OUR RETURNS POLICY

LUCKY LAST ITEMS:
Items listed in our Lucky Lasts range are marked as final sale items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

UNUSED ITEMS / CHANGE OF MIND:

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your return and provide a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price. You can return the product to our warehouse within 14 days of purchasing, making sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it in, with all tags still intact. You must meet the cost of shipping the goods back to us.

Here's what you need to do:

  • Ensure product is unused condition with original packaging and tags still attached.
  • Email info@wanderous.co.nz with proof of purchase.
  • We will assign your return a R.A (return authority) number.

  • For your protection, we advise that you return items via courier or tracked mail service. Please retain your postage receipt for tracking details.

EXCHANGES:

If you find the item(s) you have purchased do not fit, we will exchange the size (subject to availability) or refund the purchase price via your original form of payment once the goods have been returned to us in satisfactory condition. You must meet the cost of shipping the goods back to us.

If you wish to make an exchange please do the following:

  • Notify us by email that you are returning and wish to exchange your order and detail the new size(s) you would prefer.
  • Package your item(s) carefully and return using a tracked delivery system.
  • For your protection, we advise that you return items via courier or registered mail. Please retain your postage receipt for tracking details.

  • Once item/s have been received in a satisfactory condition the replacement item will be dispatched.

WARRANTY:
All our products are covered under a 12-month warranty EXCEPT Blizzard & Nordica skis which is 24 months.
